The newly appointed Executive Board of Sigma Phi Epsilon at Marquette University had the privilege to attend the Carlson Leadership Academy over the weekend. They were accommodated with housing in the Westin hotel as well as three luxurious meals. These men included President Adarsh Muralidharan, VP of Programming Spencer Casey, VP of Finance Campbell Ebersoldt, VP of Member Development Logan Aguilar, VP of Recruitment Eamonn Howerter, VP of Communications Otto Charity, VP of Learning Community Nick Caputo, Chaplain Michael McDonald, and our alumni Alex Landry.

In this event, our brothers were given the opportunity to meet with other executive board members that held exceptional leadership positions from all over the Midwest. It was a chance to network with alumni and really dive further into the question of “why?” our brothers were in the position for. Through transition workshops, our brothers learned valuable lessons to implement and better improve the chapter.
